Employee Profile Instructions

This is a sample form designed to help Versivo understand Jadu's Form capabilities. Our goal was to create a one page form that could be used to CREATE and UPDATE new Employee Profile records.

The OnBase Object ID and OnBase Hash fields are being populated by Logic (Verify URL). For the purpose of this example, we are not using hidden fields so we can better visualize what is happening and when.
